Intro
My name is Cody Faulkner and throughout this program I am going to teach you all my tools and knowledge to losing fat in the most enjoyable way.
As a child, people always asked me why I'm so passionate about health and fitness? Personally, I always found it fascinating that you are in full control of how your body looks and feels. You control what you put into your body and your daily physical activity. We only have this one body for the rest of our life's, so why not take care of it and make it look as healthy and fit as possible?
Figuring out your nutrition and taking care of yourself is a very nominal price to pay for a body that looks and feels amazing.
If you asked five different people how to burn fat, unfortunately, you would probably get 5 different answers. It frustrates me that the average person doesn't have a solid grip on what actually creates fat loss.
So what creates fat loss?
Fat loss is as easy as:
1. Eat in a calorie deficit, eat less calories than your body burns.
2. Get a sufficient amount of protein.
While the science of fat loss is simple, there are other factors to consider in order to maintain a calorie deficit in an enjoyable way that compliments your lifestyle.
